I guess this whole process of meditation has made our minds more calmer and peaceful and in turn our ability to manage life much more easier. Loving one self is something and being with me and me alone was something i was never used to. Meditation has taught us this. And its just 10 days. So i can imagine what it would be as we keep practising !
