If you want to become a good human being, you should start meditating daily. It allows to connect to one’s goodness. By this your action incline towards doing good deeds. Your good karma increases.
Bad deeds increases one’s suffering. We cause it and we say “Life is a struggle, too much of suffering”
To reverse this process one has to become aware…more conscious about one’s own deeds. Should evaluate things at a deeper level keeping the entire picture in mind.
Meditation helps in reversing it.
